DELIGHTED WITH SERVICE
I am writing to say how delighted I am with the service I have received from Debbie, she is truly a champion in customer services. I ordered a florence Knoll sofa by phone having spoken to Debbie the day before, she took the order and then called me with the disappointing news that an internet order had been received and the last one in the warehouse had been allocated. Debbie bent over backwards to get the order changed to be delivered to me, although she failed in that task, she assured me that she would have a sofa for me within 10 days, She has kept me posted all the way through and confirmed that my sofa will be with me on Thursday. Service like this happens very rarely, and with so many companies offering this sofa online but no telephone number or knowledge I would recommend anyone to bypass them and use Romo Designs, your testimonials speak for you and Debbie should get a pay rise!!!

Since our hanging chair arrived we have been out in our garden more than in the house! Our little boy loves being read stories whilst sitting on it with us - the rocking motion always sends him straight off to sleep, usually followed by one of us minutes later too!
