Once your order has been processed, we will pass your order to our warehouse. We aim to deliver items we have in stock within 7-10 working days. If items are not in stock we will advise you of the estimated lead time.
Our warehouse team will contact you, by telephone, to personally schedule your delivery. We offer a specialized delivery and assembly service for our furniture. We will place your furniture wherever it’s needed and remove all packaging for recycling.
During busy periods we may occasionally use a third party carrier to make sure your delivery is fulfilled.
We use a courier service for the efficient dispatch of smaller orders such as cushions and other occasional pieces. We despatch courier items using a 24 hour service and we try to accommodate specific delivery dates. We cannot offer timed delivery on courier deliveries. We can track your courier delivery on-line and update you by email.
Please ensure that we have suitable access to the area in which you would like your new furniture positioned. Some furniture can be assembled on site once access had been made. However, if you have chosen large fixed pieces (e.g NINIX, Sofa Modules etc.) please measure to ensure that the pieces will fit through your entrance and garden entrance. If we are unable to complete your delivery due to limitations of access then a £50.00 charge will be levied.
Full payment is required, as these high quality goods which are hand made to order unless in stock.
We accept all major credit cards, personal cheques, business cheques, postal orders and bank transfers.
All major credit cards are accepted through our website which uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk.
To further ensure that your online payments to us are secure this website is secured using 256bit encryption which is twice the accepted industry standard of 128bit.
We accept Bank transfers (a faxed copy of the transfer will be required after payment is made). Personal or business cheques to be made payable to ‘Romo Designs Ltd‘.

All reproduction/ adaptations of furniture pictured on our web site and catalogue are marked as “inspired by” within the Classic Ranges. This means they are not original items but are based on the originals. All furniture is of the highest quality and replicates the essence of the original designs. All items comply with UK fire regulations 1988.
Designers and resellers please be aware that these items should not be resold as originals.
