Warranty / Returns / Damages

All items sold on this website carry a one year manufacturers warranty unless specified otherwise.

Romo Designs Ltd will arrange pick up and replacement of your furniture or individual section that has a defect, lead times will apply.

Warranty is based on internal and external frame work only, this is not applicable to general wear and tear.

When your item is being delivered please check the box is intact and all packing is not ripped or damaged.

If you are not happy with the state of the packaging please do not accept the goods. If items are damaged in transit we will arrange for a replacement, leads time may apply.

Return transport

The customer is liable for the return transport costs unless the goods are proven to be faulty. The customer must liaise directly with Romo Designs to organise this. Arbitrary return transport by the self-importer as well as refusal to accept goods on delivery is also charged to the customer.

The cheapest way of transporting will be chosen.

Refusal of acceptance

If the customer refuses acceptance of delivery without our prior knowledge of the seller he will be in breach of contract. As a direct result, the customer will be liable to pay complete freight costs, as well as excess charges that have incurred to Romo Designs Ltd.

Payment Methods

Full payment is required, as these high quality goods which are hand made to order unless in stock.

We accept all major credit cards, personal cheques, business cheques, postal orders and bank transfers. All major credit cards are accepted through our website which uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk.

To further ensure that your online payments to us are secure this website is secured using 256bit encryption which is twice the accepted industry standard of 128bit.

We accept Bank transfers (a faxed copy of the transfer will be required after payment is made). Personal or business cheques to be made payable to ‘Romo Designs Ltd‘.

Trade Marks & Regulations

All reproduction/ adaptations of furniture pictured on our web site and catalogue are marked as “inspired by” within the Classic Ranges.

This means they are not original items but are based on the originals. All furniture is of the highest quality and replicates the essence of the original designs. All items comply with UK fire regulations 1988. Designers and resellers please be aware that these items should not be resold as originals.

This disclaimer only relates to our ranges of 'Classic Furniture' and do not apply to other products sold by Romo Designs Ltd as they are original products and in most cases exclusive to us.
